APPLICATION OF COMPOUND BASE MAT:
Primarily utilized as the core reinforcement within SBS/APP modified bitumen waterproofing membranes, this compound base mat ensures durability and enhanced performance.
THE WORKING PRINCIPLE CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 4 STEPS:
1. Begin by efficiently distributing the fluff cotton fiber at the start of production through streamlined pipeline systems.
2. Proceed to expertly dip coat the cotton layer using a starch solution to ensure optimal bonding.
3. Seamlessly integrate the fiberglass mesh with the cotton layer, creating a unified and robust mat structure.
4. Finalize the process by drying the combined mat, followed by precise edge cutting to deliver fully prepared rolls ready for use.
