The raw material is high density polyethylene resin, one of the most widely used and cheap plastics used for producing containers for daily life liquid, chemicals, and other industrial liquids etc.

Generally, all regular bottles could be trimmed or de-flashed automatically simply by the secondary mold equipped with pneumatic cylinder. Bottle collection or transportation to next process Packing, palletizing, or labeling, filling etc.
