Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A1: We are a factory for plastic machines. Over 20 Years of Experience In Manufacturing Injection Molding Machines and Blow Molding Machines.
Q2: Is it possible to send an engineer to install and commission the machine, even train our workers?
A2: Yes, we can send our engineer to your factory for installation, commissioning, training. We have some engineers flying among different countries for after-sales service and technical support. Therefore, we need you to prepare an invitation letter for the visa before shipment. However, please be noted that all costs for visa, travel, the hotel should be paid in advance by customers.
Q3: If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
A3: Yes, definitely. 12-months warranty after shipment for mechanical parts, hydraulic parts, electric components (The screw just has 6-months). We are responsible for broken parts within 12-months. We will supply those parts for free but the possible transportation cost should be paid by clients.
