Anti Finger Print Coating Machine roller-coats a layer of a Nano Material on the surface of Stainless Steel Sheets, This Nano Material has a metal-Pro property, After being coated and baked, it will stay on the surface permanently (Without being damaged in Bending or Deep Drawing Process) and form a layer of protective film, which will protect the surface from getting affected by Oxide as well as moistures from the air, Which will largely improve the Stainless Quality of the Stainless Steel.

With this protective film, the Surface will also be easily cleaned when dirt or finger print gets on, Thus, the name "Anti-Finger Print".

Application:

After Anti-Finger Print Process, The Stainless Steel Sheets will have properties as follows,

1): Easy Clean

2): No Color Change after long time installed on the outside

3): When the sheet is Color Coated with PVD, by adding another layer of Anti-Finger
Print Coating, the original monotonous color will have a watery Look.

4): More Anti-Scratch: Hardness of Common Stainless Steel sheet is normally 2H~~3H,
by adding this layer of Nano Material, hardness can reach 8H or Above, Property of
Anti-Scratch can be greatly improved.

5): More Anti-Corrosion: Common Stainless Steel Sheet can stay for 400 Hours In a Salt
Spray Test, while Anti-Finger Print Coated Sheet can withstand The test for 600
Hours or longer.

6): PVD Coated Sheet is incompatible with Cement, while after Anti-Finger Print Coated,
It could be more "Friendly" with Cement.

7): No Melting While cut by laser

8): Great Adherence---Bending and cutting will still be as easily carried out as Before.

Thickness of the Film is usually from 5μm~8μm
