Product Description

Free Fall Hydraulic Winch / Hydraulic Vehicle Recovery Winch /Mooring Winch/Inter-Winch IYJ-C series hydraulic mooring winch mainly consists of hydraulic motor, planetary gearbox, band brake, clutch, drum, warping head (optional), valve block with braking and overload protection function. Due to fitted with valve block, the design of HPU can be simplified, and reliability of drives can be improved. The winch could have constant tension function upon request.

Compared with traditional mooring winches, total transmission efficiency of this winch is improved by 6~10% and energy loss is reduced because we design closed type planetary gearbox instead of open gear, and we use rolling bearing instead of tegular sliding bearing.
