This machine is a combination machine tool that perfectly combines fixed thickness sanding and polishing, with high production efficiency, high processing accuracy, and high degree of automation. This machine is suitable for large sanding and one-time thickness sanding of solid wood panels, solid wood splicing panels and other boards with large substrate errors, improving production efficiency and saving manpower. This machine adopts a feeding three pressure roller and a discharging double pressure roller, which completely solves the problem of false head sweeping and uneven thickness of strip materials. The front sand frame adopts large-diameter eccentric rollers, with thickened roller walls and built-in NSK, which have a longer service life and higher sanding accuracy. The combination beam also adopts a large-diameter eccentric rubber roller+graphite pad combination, which can achieve perfect sanding effect.

1. Do you offer installation?Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.2. Where can we get replacement parts?
Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
