CA5240 Double Column Vertical Lathe Machine
Main feature:
This series machines are improved CQ5240 series. Premise that we consider the customers' cost, we make the following improvements:
First, increase the table base and table surface, i. e. Largely increase bench circular guide diameter. The benefits of the improvements:
1. Enhance carrying capacity of the table
2. Improve rotary precision under the eccentric load conditions and working stability of table.
3. Increase the area of workpiece. It is very beneficial to processing large sleeve flange parts.
Second, increase the diameter of ring gear, which making speed reducing rate of the main drive chain and total speed reducing rate increased. It achieves 16step speed of 1.25-40r/min. Therefore, on the basis of not increasing motor power, it not only improvesmax torque of table, but also in the same cutting force gear is decreased much. (The situation of making gears is reduced. )
Third, improve the hydraulic system and add volume of the tank to make the machine work more stable.
Fourth, above CA5250 adds the section size of columns, crossbeams and connecting beam.
Fifth, there are two choices for customers about feed system.
1. Traditional 18step mechanical feed.
2. Use ball screw, high-precision Xingxing reducer, domestic servo motor, with electronic handwheel, to make it speed faster, operate convenient and work low. (The function is not standard. )
