Product Description
The SIMVACO DCP-1200 is a cutting-edge vacuum evaporation coating machine designed for the Christmas decoration and gift packaging industries. Tailored for plastic substrates like PS (polystyrene), PP (polypropylene), and HDPE (high-density polyethylene), this system deposits ultra-thin, high-purity metal layers (aluminum, copper, chromium, etc.) onto ornaments, tree toppers, bells, and more. Achieve mirror-like finishes comparable to electroplating while ensuring zero pollution, low energy consumption, and cost efficiency—perfect for producing premium, eco-compliant holiday products for global markets.
Core Advantages
Sustainable Metalizing Technology
Pollution-Free Process: No cyanides, wastewater, or harmful emissions. Fully complies with RoHS, REACH, and FDA standards.
Cost-Effective Production: 40% lower operational costs than traditional electroplating, with a daily output of 2,000–4,000 pieces (size-dependent).
Superior Adhesion on Challenging Plastics
Uniform Coating on Complex Shapes
3D Rotational Fixtures: Ensures ±5% thickness uniformity on curved, hollow, or textured surfaces (e.g., intricate snowflakes, angel figurines).
High-Purity Metal Films: Electron beam or resistive evaporation sources deliver oxidation-free, customizable finishes (mirror, matte, or gradient effects).
Superior Adhesion on Challenging Plastics
Plasma Pretreatment activates low-surface-energy materials (PP/HDPE), achieving premium adhesion (cross-cut test) for scratch- and peel-resistant coatings
Smart Automation & Reliability
7-Inch Touchscreen & Preset Recipes: One-touch operation for popular finishes (gold, silver, red) with auto-optimized parameters.
Remote Diagnostics: Real-time monitoring of vacuum levels and deposition rates, reducing downtime with 95% fault accuracy.
Applications
Christmas Decorations: Baubles, tree stars, gift tags, figurines.
Festive Packaging: Metallic gift boxes, ribbon clasps, card accents.
Custom Designs: Antique copper, rose gold, iridescent effects for luxury branding.
