CHY-II-17 Material refractoriness under load tester
The instrument can be used for refractories, ceramics, graphite materials, such as high temperature refractoriness under load (RUL) test, refractoriness under load represents the material resistance to high temperature and load at the same time, but also represents the material to show obvious plastic deformation of the softening temperature range.
The equipment is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of YB/T 370 "experimental method of refractoriness under load for refractory products (non-differential - temperature rise method)". At the same time also meet GB/T5989-2008 and ISO1893:2007 < Refractory products- Determination of refractoriness under load -differential method with rising temperature>, there are a variety of structures to meet the different materials of the refractoriness under load test purposes. Using Windows operating interface, the experiment process to achieve automatic data acquisition and control, automatic generation of test curve, automatic analysis, and print the experiment report by chart data output.

Loading range (N): 100 ~ 1000, accurate to 1N.
11. Using open-type furnace makes replacement of upper & lower pressure bar is very convenient and the independent loading system enables high accurate loading precision.
12. It can be connected with computer to realize automatic control, English operation interface, automatic printing of test report.
13: The electric control adopts intelligent regulation, with over-current and over-temperature decoupling alarm function.
