Low Maintenance Briquette Machine Introduction:
(1) Low Maintenance Briquette Machine is mainly used for anhydrous materials of nonferrous and carbon black powder briquetting machine /ball making system before the smelting furnace.
(2) Raw material ranges from coal, coke powder, coking coal, coal ash, coal mud, iron ore concentrates, chromate ore concentrates, mgo power, copper power, chrome ore power, Lead Zinc Ore, steel slag, aluminum ash, Si Mn mineral powder, bauxite refractory, nonferrous metal power, refractory matter, ceramic filter sand and metallurgical powder cold pellet making industry.
Low Maintenance Briquette Machine Structure:
(1) The feeding part, is used to feed material so that the material can feed to roller evenly, it is driven by three phase asynchronous motor.
(2) The transmission part, main transmission system is: Motor - Triangle belt - Reducer - Exposed Gear - Roll.
(3) Forming part, mainly refers to the part of the host machine, its core part is roller.
Low Maintenance Briquette Machine Customer Notice:
(1) Material size required before feeding into Low Maintenance Briquette Machine is better not more than 5mm, if large, it is necessary to crush them into smaller, or equip a crusher before briquetting machine. Our factory also produce this kind of crusher. Welcome to consult.
(2) Moisture content is around 12-15%. If not, it is necessary to get drying process in advance or inquiry us dryer machine.
(3) The finished products from Low Maintenance Briquette Machine is usually at Φ25-60mm, customized size.
(4) The final briquettes are smokeless, non-toxic, none peculiar and environmental protection, and easy transport.
(5) The shape can be Square, ball egg-shaped, round, oval, and column, elliptic type, pillow type and other special shapes by customizing the match molds.
