Cut-in grinding is used for manual cut-in grinding of various stepped, conical and cylindrical rotating surfaces.
The machine bed adopts normalized heat treatment and natural aging treatment of high-quality castings to stabilize the internal structure and ensure strong wear resistance and small deformation in the process of use.
Grinding wheel, guide wheel device.
The grinding wheel is a cantilever structure, and the spindle of the grinding wheel adopts multi-piece long bearing dynamic pressure oil film bearing.
The regulating wheel is a cantilever structure, and the spindle adopts integral 1:30 conical sliding bearing.
Machine Tool main features
The main shaft of the lubrication device is lubricated by an independent lubricating oil tank.
The guide rail of the guide wheel frame of the feed device adopts flat V-type hydraulic unloading guide rail.
