1.Based on the principle of straight and reverse twisted method , it is unnecessary to make wire spring form to work , so the production increased a lot. 2.The hexagonal mesh can be widely used in fences of farmland and grazing land,reinforced ribs of building walls and other usages.
3.The machine have adopted automatic stop system, when meet broken wires or broken mesh it will stop automatically ,so only need 1 or 2 people can handle this machine successfully.

Mechanical Advantage

Mechanical width. The standard mechanical width has three dimensions: 2600 mm, 3000mm and 4000mm (actual width of hexagonal wire mesh).

Spool frame. The overall size of the spool frame is moderate and does not occupy a lot of space. Spools of different sizes can be placed.

Spooling machine. Each set of machinery is equipped with a shaft beating machine, which can wind 12 spools at the same time.

Thorn axis. The positioning of each thorn is accurately measured to ensure that the mesh size is accurate and beautiful.
