Machine Characteristics Δ The machine features 7 CNC axes with four-axis synchronized control for motion. Δ It can process internal and external straight teeth, helical teeth, and more. It comes equipped with software for internal and external gear processing. Δ The main spindle and worktable adopt a direct drive structure, providing stable transmission accuracy suitable for large cutting depths and heavy machining. Δ It includes a tool magazine with 8 tools and is equipped with two sets of probing systems for tools and workpieces, capable of detecting the positions of both tools and workpieces separately. Δ It can perform rough and finish turning of gears, single-flank turning, and offset angle turning. Δ The machine can also incorporate turning and drilling functions. Δ Special processing software is available for micro-conical teeth, crowned teeth, K-type teeth, and other special tooth forms. Δ The machine offers excellent rigidity, stable precision, high efficiency, and simple operation. Δ The tool post can rotate freely within ±25° and is equipped with a locking device. Δ It provides signal interfaces for external automation, allowing for the integration of automated storage bins to achieve automatic loading and unloading; it can also be paired with robots for automated processing. Δ A wet magnetic chip evacuation system is used, facilitating rear chip disposal. Δ A dedicated operation interface with menu-style input ensures simplicity and ease of use.
