Feature
• There are varieties of volume from 600L to 20000L. It can be designed and customized according to the customer's requirements.
• Online CIP cleaning, SIP sterilization (121 C/0.1Mpa) Sanitary standard design, user-friend structure, easy to operate Smooth transmission, low noise.
• Reasonable diameter ratio, customized mixing device, energy saving, good stirring and fermentation effect.
• Internal surface mirror polished (roughness Ra is less than or equal to 0.4 um). Holes of the inlet and outlet, mirror, manhole and inner tank welding using stretch flanging process arc transition, smooth and easy to clean no dead angle, ensuringthe reliability and stability in the production process.

Tank Optional Configuration
• Food Fermentation Tank Optional Configuration: sterile air filter, thermometer (digital display type or dial), PH meter, pressure gauge, steam sterilization port, sight glasses, sanitary manhole, in-outlet, CIP universal rotating cleaning ball, liquid level meter and liquid level self-control system (bearing module, non-contact ultrasonic, static pressure transmitting device), etc,or configured according to customer's requirements.
