About JY Series Liquid Detergent Mixer
---To produce liquid washing products, like shampoo, liquid soap, bath shower, dish washing, hand washing, lubricating oil, etc.
---An all-round frame scraper mixing paddle, with single direction or double direction agitator, use frequency inveter to adjust the speed for making good products according to formular process.
---High speed shear homoginizer, 3000rpm strong mixing for solid and liguid materials and other insoluble materials, saving energy consumption and greatly shortening the production time.
---Can heat or cool the materials according to the process requirements, heating method can be selected according to customer requirement with steam heating or electric heating.
---The pot body is composed of three layers of stainless steel plate welding,tank and pipe for mirror polishing, full in line with GMP requirement.
---Use SUS304 or SUS316L Stainless Steel.
---Can choose to match vacuum pump, carry out vacuum bubble (customized).
