Lead screw

Our mechine double-roller and sin-gle-roller each wear two motors, whichhave more power. machine adopts thedouble-roller movement mode, theveneer is evenly cut out, with an accuracy of ±0.01mm, and the remaining tail sheets are automatically trimmed.
Integrated large-screentouch computer
it is convenient to use the touchscreen to adjust the thickness andspeed of the rotary cutting, and thedegree of automation is higher.

Electroplating roller
All peeling rollers are quenched and electroplated, which improves the hardness and service life of peeling rollers.
Adopt cross rollers, the remainingwood core diameter is smaller.Note:There are different types of roller patterns, we will choose the appropriate roller pattern according to the different wood varieties of customers.
Oil pump
The oil pump automatically lubricates the guide rail in time according to the usage.
