Working Principle of Peanut Butter Making Machine
The machine is mainly composed of a housing, a stator, a rotor, an adjustment mechanism, a cooling mechanism, and a motor.
There is a tiny gap that can be adjusted between the stator and the rotor. When the material passes through this gap, it is subjected to physical effects such as strong shear, friction, high-frequency vibration, and high-speed vortex. The raw materials are effectively emulsified, dispersed, homogenized and crushed.
Advantages of Peanut Butter Making Machine:
It can realize the ultra-fine pulverization of materials in a very short time, and it has the functions of mixing, stirring, dispersing and emulsifying at the same time.
It can also grind higher viscosity materials and larger particles. For example, making almond butter, cashew butter, groundnut paste, sesame sauce, etc.
The particle size of the finished product can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the two grinding bodies. The minimum can reach 50μm.
The discharge port of the peanut butter machine can be replaced with a circulating return pipe.
The structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the floor space is small.
