Product Description Acid and alkali resistant magnetic pump
1. The pump head and the motor connecting foot are formed as one body. Stable and firm, long service life, maintenance and disassembly more simple and convenient.
2. Magnetic drive. No shaft seal design. Good sealing. Will not cause chemical leakage.
3. Impeller and inner magnetic integrated forming. Strengthen the impeller. Increase efficiency
4. Combined RF flange with adjustable screw hole direction. In addition to providing pipe convenience, it can avoid leakage caused by flange deformation of pipe pressure.
5. By precisely setting the relative position of the passive magnet and the active magnet, the position of the magnetic sac can be effectively controlled. Even when idling, the rear end of the bearing will not contact the rear thrust ring, which effectively inhibits the generation of friction heat. The lubrication of the friction part is ensured.
6. A partial volute shape is designed on the front and back shell of the pump. The assembly results in the overall ideal spiral shape of the chamber. The leakage phenomenon caused by the liquid from the impeller flowing back into the pump chamber is effectively inhibited. Thus, the liquid is smoothly and efficiently directed to the pump outlet.
