Product Features:
- The frame is designed by finite element analysis, and welded with integral steel plate, it has good rigidity and stability.
- The frame adopts large CNC boring and milling machine for integral processing to ensure shearing accuracy and quality.
- The machine adopts a four-cylinder structure, the tool beam is suspended by the oil cylinder, there is no rigid connection, to reduces the failure rate.
- The tool carrier is supported by three rolling guide wheels to eliminates the shearing clearance and improves the shearing accuracy.
- Using four-blade scissors greatly improves the service life of the scissors.
- Blade clearance handwheel adjustment, dial display, adjustment is simple, intuitive and accurate.

Frame
- The frame is a welded steel plate frame structure with good rigidity.
- There is a blade micro adjustment device on the workbench, which is convenient for adjusting the gap uniformity between the upper and lower blades.
- The workbench is also equipped with a feeding table, which is easy to operate.Ball Screw and Linear Guideway
- Overturned traditional sliding friction and changed to rolling friction, with a friction coefficient of only about 1/50 of sliding friction, which can reduce driving torque, improve transmission efficiency, and ensure positioning accuracy.

Electro Cabinet
- All electrical components are reliable and labeled accordingly;
- All wires are marked with wire numbers by using PVC pipes.
