It's used primarily forcircuit's turning on or off in non-load edsituation.And it functions onconnection and isolation between lines and power,especially suitable to isolate powereffectively and prevent circuit breaker from cosingaccidentally when maintain the circuit inorder to ensure the safe operation of maintainer.
