Lab Stenter machine is a kind of laboratory stretching mechanical equipment, also known as laboratory stretching machine. It is mainly used to test the physical and mechanical properties of textiles, films, papers and other materials. Lab Stenter can simulate real production processes by stretching and heating materials to evaluate their performance under different environmental conditions.

2.Digital display, with automatic regulation RKC PID temperature controller, one group of PT100 probe
3.Use Timer with digital display, time setting from 1 to 9999 seconds.
4.Electric heating rate is about 8 ºC / MIN;
5.Power: 380ACV x 3HP x 6.5KW 6. Include 2 sets of Bi-directional needle plates
Feature
1. The setting time is controllable, automatic feeding and discharging (automatic feeding-automatic timing-automatic discharging and alarm)
2. High temperature accuracy
a) Hot air circulates and spreads evenly; the temperature changes are small.
b) Using Japanese RKC temperature control computer PID adjustment, the temperature control accuracy is high, and the accuracy reaches ±1% in the range of 80ºC~250ºC.
3. The upper and lower wind ratio can be adjusted according to special setting requirements.
4. Special needle frame design, suitable for plain fabrics and knitted fabrics, especially for traceable fabrics or hosiery fabrics.
