The handle with rope, prevent scald.
Strainer:
Strainer material is food grade SS304.It's harmless to human.It's easy to place and take out tea.

Rinse inner and outer surface with a brush with water.Then this cast iron teapot is cleaned well.2). Adding waterWater capacity should be less than 70% of teapot capacity. Otherwise it's easy over flow.3). The time it takes for water boiling1200ml: about 6 minutes1800ml: about 10 minutesPlease dry it after using.1. You could dry it with towel.2. Or you could put it on the warmer, residue hot will dry it.Tips: please dry the top edges of teapot and the edge of lid.
