1.Double stacking arm structure:Edge banding and trimming each have separate stacking arms, which can easily realize 2-person processing and improve work efficiency.Edge banding stacking arms can be used for edge banding and trimming, and can easily operate large panels.
2. Opening and closing limiter/pressing strip assembly:When feeding the belt, it automatically returns to its original position; when the edge banding belt is finished, it automatically opens. (Avoid glue accumulation due to long-term rotation of the rubber roller)
3.Machine head rotation:The angle of the edge banding/trimming assembly is adjustable, suitable for a variety of panels, and increases compatibility.Edge banding rotation angle -70~+35° Edge trimming rotation angle ±45°
4.Built-in arm brake:Release the suction cup, the brake starts automatically to prevent the arm from swinging.
Edge Banding
1.Rotatable touch screen:Touch screen control panel, can store 20 sets of data, convenient for mass production.
2.Glue pot type glue coating assembly:Internal coating PUR, EVA dual-use upper glue pot can quickly dissolve glue, touch screen one-button glue discharge, simple and convenient, internal layer (no stick glue pot wall, no glue waste)
3.Limiting column:Multiple limit to prevent edge banding from offset or backing up, to ensure smooth sealing.
4.Standard secondary auxiliary laminating wheel:The edge banding strip and the board are pressed twice to increase the bonding firmness.
5.Upgraded cutter assembly:Ultra-fast response, ensure vertical cutting accuracy, fast cutting, no burrs. Automatic spraying of glue remover:Avoid glue sticking at the laminating wheel and the pressure strip plate to ensure the edge banding effect.
Edge Trimming
1.Trimming start-stop device:Photoelectric device, automatically senses the board, stops rotating if no board is sensed after 5 seconds.
2.Profiling power wheel:During trimming, the plate is driven to rotate according to the speed of the profiling wheel.
3.Upper and lower trapezoidal blade design:Scrape as the board move, scrape off excess edge banding and glue line after trimming.
4.Trimming glue cleaning device:Automatically sprays glue cleaning liquid, the spray can be adjusted in size.
5.High-efficiency dust collection device:Dense brush with 150mm thick dust collection tube, sucks debris into the vacuum cleaner.
