Product Description
This machine is mainly used to produce hexagonal or square shape wood briquette from biomass powder. The Diameter of final product can be 50mm, 60mm, 70mm or 80mm. It is hollow shape. This briquette is good choice for boiler, heating, barbecue,etc.

--- No 4 Propeller (you need to weld it after abrasion)
--- No 3 Mold (prepare 2molds a year)
When ship machine, we will attach 1* propellet, 1* heating ring, 3*oil seal, and some welding rod for free.
Available materials for this biomass briquette machine:
Sawdust, cocopeat, straw, grass, wood, rice husk, coconut shell, peanut shell & other woody materials
How to produce briquette from above materials:
Step 1: Crush the material ( less than 5mm granules)
Step 2: Dry the material (make sure the moisture is below 12%)
Step 3: Press briquettes(hexagonal briquettes, with a hole in the middle)
Note:
Sawdust and rice husk no need to crush. It means, if you use powder shape biomass materials,you only need: Dryer and briquette machine.

--- Do I need binder when I press biomass materials?
No, biomass powder no need to add any binder for briquetting.
--- Can I produce briquette without hole?
Sorry. this mechanical type biomass briquette machine can only produce briquette with hole. It means, the final briquette is hollow.
Packaging & Shipping
There are two ways to package this mechanical wood briquette screw extruder machine:
--- Wooden case. If you only order one set briquette machine, we will package it carefully. Firstly, use plastic film to wrap machine to avoid rust, secondly, use wooden case to package. In this way, the machine will not damage during the shipment.
--- Shipping container. If you order whole production line. It is uncessary to package it by wooden case. We will fix machine in the container directly.
