Suitable for guide the fiberglasss on creel into Steel reeds; after evenly arranging, coil onto the weaving beams for the use of beaming or sizing or weaving machines.

Automated operation
Adopt Germany Siemens PLC to take the safe, reliable and automatic control on programs. Adopt the technology of frequency conversion to ensure the constant line speed for winding.
Pneumatic controlling system
The ups and downs of spindle shaft are controlled by cylinder. Steel reeds' transverse movement is controlled by the electrimotor. Main electric motor drive to rotate the spindle shaft through reduction device.

Electric controlling system
10.4 inches touchable screen is easy for operation and it can also display huge information such as line speed,length and cloth length, three outputs of a shift and a month as well as the location of malfunctions.
Safe and reliable
Equipped with static elimination device. Equipped with safety rails and safety infrared rays switches to ensure the operator's safety. Light-electric breaks stop motion,lying in front of cruelty to execute the collective automatic stops, the auto-stop motion is sensitive and reliable.
Precise adjustment
Magnetic powder brakes control the adjustable tension of pinned yarns. Roller presses spindle shaft to make it flat and reach the idea foiling density. Measuring the length, the line speed adopts Japan's Koyo encoding device. Adjustable wrapping breadth.
