3.Tire grinder
Tire grinder is the equipment used for grinding waste tires. It's the third part of the production line with convenient operation and high working efficiency characteristics. The most common purpose of it is magnetic separating and screening steel wires and fibers of the waste tires and finally for the classification. After performing a series of operations, the waste tires can be converted into useful resources, such as paving materials, recycled rubber, etc.

Production process diagram
The waste tire recycling production line can be designed according to customer requirements, recycling tires within the diameter range of 400-3000mm, with strong applicability. The discharge size can be controlled within the range of 5-100mm, and the output can reach 200-10000kg/h.
The production line adopts a PLC control system, which is easy to operate and maintain, and has the characteristics of low energy consumption and long service life.
