This series double column vertical lathe consists of standard model C5235 and the enlarged model CQ5250 based on model C5235. It is widely used to machine large workpieces in metallurgical,chemical,motor,mine,shipping,iron &steel,m1litary industries etc.It can be used in machining thecylindrical surface,inner hole,end face,internal and externa circular surface of workpiece,especilly 30T workpiece.This machine has been improvedon thefollowing aspects:
1.Columns,guide way and the whole machine are wdened.so the rieidity of whole machine is enhanced,especill when columns are enethened for machining large size workpieces.
2.The table is driven by a frequency conversion motor shifted byhigh and low speed,so the speed can be changed steplessly.
3.Feed motion:eft and right tool posts are controlledtwo seryo motors via a drive to achieve rapid movement,feeding movement and steplessspeed changing.Electronic hand wheel is also a standard accessory for convenient operation.
