SUS430 Features
Good workability, good resistance to stress and corrosion, typical non-heat treatment hardening iron system stainless steel; Low thermal expansion rate, excellent oxidation resistance;
SUS430 stainless steel is with good corrosion resistance and general steel, thermal conductivity is better than austenite, thermal expansion coefficient is smaller than austenite, heat resistance fatigue, add stabilizing element titanium, weld parts mechanical properties.
SUS430F is 430 steel with easy cutting properties. Used for automatic lathes, bolts and nuts.
SUS430 stainless steel has the following states, the state is not the same, dirt resistance and corrosion resistance are not the same.
NO.1:2D, 2B, N0.4, HL, BA, Mirror, and various other surface treatment states. 2D is a slightly shiny silver white, the process is: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling; 2B is silvery white and has better gloss and flatness than 2D surface. The process is: hot rolling + annealing shot peening + cold rolling + annealing pickling + tempered rolling.
No.2 has better gloss and rough texture. The process is as follows: polishing and tempering rolling with 100~120 grinding materials (JIS R6002) for 2D or 2B products;
No.3 has better gloss and fine grain process: 2D or 2B polishing and tempering rolling with 150~180 grinding materials (JIS R6002); HL is silver-gray and has hairline stripes. The process is as follows: 2D or 2B products are polished with appropriate particle size abrasive material to make the surface appear continuous grinding.

Mechanical properties of SUS430
The tensile strength is greater than 450, the yield strength is greater than 205, and the HBS is less than 183 (data is annealed). Commonly used as building decoration, heavy oil burner parts, etc. SUS430LX added Ti or Nb to SUS430 steel, reducing C content, improve the workability and welding performance. Used in hot water tanks, heating water systems, sanitary appliances, household durable appliances, bicycle flywheels, etc. SUS430 stainless steel, steel +12% chromium above can prevent oxidation caused by natural factors, known as stainless steel, in JIS code number 430, so also known as SUS430 stainless steel. But SUS430 stainless steel can not resist the oxidation caused by chemicals in the air, because of the acidic chemicals in the air more and more, so SUS430 stainless steel often used for a period of time, will still be due to unnatural factors and oxidation (rust).
