COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Sunny Moulding,established in 2003,is a professional manufacturer of electronic jacquard module and precision mould. Taking the advantage of owning mould, we strive to get our module into the optimal state. All the plastic parts of our module are produced by our own-made injection mould. Strict skill training has been received by production and detection staffs, so the side board and other accessories we produced are definitely with elegant outlook and high quality. The assembly shop, clear and dust-free, with highly effective line production, strictly controls production processes. Modules we assembled have good sealing and it slides smoothly between hooks and irons,pulleys and harnesses, which finally reach the state of high quality and durability.
Since our establishment, we have been devoted to the match-production of module and module parts for Chinese jacquard manufacurers and have been keeping research, design and improvement. Benefiting from 13 years' accumulation of technique and production experience, Sunny Moulding started to sell modules from the year of 2014. Our products are not only sold well in domestic market in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hebei, Shandong, but also exported to India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam and some middle-east countries and are praised by all customers.
Sunny Moulding owns leading precision mould technology, with more than 40 sets high-precise production facility and testing equipment, including Agie Charmilles EDM, HEXAGON CMM,MAZAK machining center, etc, which assure high quality of our mould. All these provide strong support for our module product.
