Working principle
The raw material was added from the upper mouth, fell into the crushing cavity, was hit by the high-speed rotating plate hammer, and was quickly thrown to the impact plate. After the impact, it was rebounded to the hammer plate and was hit again. Such high-frequency strikes and counterattacks cause the material to be gradually crushed from large to small, and the smaller material falls to the lower crushing cavity, where it is hit by a high-speed rotating dense hammer, and the upper crushing process is repeated. Due to the small cavity, shear stress is applied to some materials between the hammer head and the blade of the impact plate, and milling is performed to accelerate the fine crushing of the materials. At the same time, the hammer head belt animal material flows, which produces a great grinding effect between each other, making the material further finely crushed until it is broken into the required particle size.
