Brief Induction
JYFO Series Honeycomb Dust-Filtering Unit is a novel, high efficiency, energy-saving dust-removing new product cooperatively developed by Industrial Air-conditioning & Dust-Filtering Designing Institute and Jiangsu Jingya Environment Technology of Jiangsu Jingya Group.
This product has been awarded the National Invention Patent and Design Patent. It was affirmed by Expert Congress and Institute of Scientific & Technical Information of China that "No mimetic or analogous invention has been seen before. Moreover, according to composite analysis, this technique had achieved the international advanced standard." This product was approved Third Grade National Novelty of 1997 and secondary prize of Technological Progress by China Textile General Association, and also has been included in "The National New Products Program".
JYFO Series Honeycomb Dust-Filtering Unit turns traditional dust-removing equipment into a mechatronical unit, with the convincing advantages of compact structure, reasonable process, less floor space, low energy-consumption and high efficiency. It can be widely used in the air-conditioning & Dust-Filtering systems of such textile and light industries as cotton, wool, ramie or flax, chemical fiber and tobacco for collecting and filtering dry fibers and dust to realize purification of the air.
Working Principles of Honeycomb Dust-Filtering Unit
Honeycomb Dust-Filtering Unit is an electromechanical unit consisting of the first-stage and the second stage dust-filtering units. The First Stage is used to extract and collect the fibrous waste in the air being processed. The Second Stage is used to filter out the fine dust from the air exhausted from the first stage filter. The purified air can be reused or exhausted.

Physical Design of the First Stage
Components: disc filter, sealed housing and fiber compactor and dust-collecting fan mounted on the housing.
Working Principles: The fibrous dust extracted on the disc net is sucked off by fan through a big revolving nozzle, and then separated and compacted by the fiber-compactor. The air from the fan returns to interior of the first stage housing.
Physical Design of the Second Stage
Components: honeycomb shaped dust bags, sealed housing, embedded fine-dust compressor and dust collecting fan.
Working Principles: Six cylindrical filter bag made of fire-proof plush fabrics are arranged in a horizontal row. When the air goes through the second stage the fine dust remaining in the air after filtration of the first stage is filtered out and detained on the interior surface of the dust bag. Meanwhile one of six same small suction nozzles that are vertically mounted on and driven by the motorized suction arm goes into the bag and suck off the detained dust in a motion controlled by a program preset in the PLC (Programmable Logical Controller). The dust-collecting fan provides suction power and transport the dust into fine dust separator where the dust collected and the air returns to the filter.
Electric control System
The electrical control elements of the first and second stage dust-filtering unit are installed in an electric control cabinet, which can be placed in an appropriate position in the filtering room. An electric operating box is installed on the panel of the Unit for easy commissioning, operation and management. As to electric cable piping outside Unit, please refer to Chart 3. A PLC controller controls running of the second stage, and various safety and alarm devices are set inside the electric control cabinet.
