1.How about the installation ?
Normally the prefab house can be installed under the guidance of our manual. Before delivery, we will make marks on each parts. We will provide detailed drawings to help users to identify each part. For broiler management systems, users can install the equipment under the guidance of manual. For A-type layer cage systems, we will provide installation manual for guidance. For H-type cage systems, we will send engineers to provide on-site support and supervision.
2.How many laying hens one conventional poultry house can hold if I choose H type layer cage systems?
Normally in a standard house (100m*13m*4m), it can hold 38,400 laying hens if you choose 4 tiers H type battery cage systems. If you choose 5 tiers, you can have 48,000 layers. If you want to know more, please send your requirement to us.
3.Which type layer cage system I should choose? A type or H type?
Normally if you just start your poultry farm, we recommend the number in one house should be less than 20,000 birds. And A type cage systems is suitable. If you want to have more than 30,000 layers in one house, then you need H type cage systems. Both A type and H type can be fully automatic. Automatic feeding, drinking, manure cleaning, egg collecting and climate control.
