The filter disc is mainly made of woven mesh by laser cutting or punching. Filter discs of various sizes and shapes can be produced by adjusting the stamping die. Filter discs with different meshes can achieve high filtration accuracy through multi-layer overlapping welding.
Application : It is suitable for distillation, absorption, evaporation and filtration in petroleum, oil refining, chemical industry, light industry, metallurgy, machinery, ship, automobile tractor and other industries to eliminate fog drops and liquid foam entrainment in steam or gas, as well as air filter on automobile tractor.
Details : The shape can also be made into a radian concave round, that is bowl shape. The diameter is 5 mm to 600 mm in diameter and can be customized in special sizes.
