The chain cladding band and side cylinder pressing ensure exceptional binding.
The micro adjustment of the insole positioning device ensures easy adjustment and accurate positioning.
With the secondary positioning function, it is suitable for the non-nail lasting operation.
Designed with gear, rack, and ratchet wheel,
the height of auxiliary supporting plate can be adjusted conveniently, accurately, and easily.
The primary pressing supporting plate is characterized with precise positioning with secondary pressure of independent adjustment to suit the height lifted shoes.
The wiper heating device improves the lasting result to guarantee smoother lasting free of pointed angles and clear lines.

1. This machine is suitable for heel lasting of the shoes with general and soft insole and with its last at height less than 160mm.
2. The machine is equipped with the micro switching device for lasting height, which is specially designed featuring as easy adjustment and finds position accurately.
3. There are a complete series of wipers and forming bands suitable for various shapes of men, women and children shoes, the forming bands are wrapped by special chain and can accordingly produce a more excellent forming effect and a longer service life.
4. The design of gear type, rack type and ratchet wheel type is employed in the machine to quickly and precisely adjust the height of auxiliary supporter.
5. Coupling with heating device of wiper, the design of holding pressure in last supporter ensures the lasting effect be increased, No protrusion will be happened and the quality is upgraded.
