The PS Foam Recycle Machine is the crucial final step in the PS foam production process. This indispensable machine embodies efficiency and sustainability at its core. Waste products are first directed to the powerful crusher, followed by seamless progression to the primary and secondary screws. They are meticulously cooled using both air and water before undergoing precise cutting. Any substandard materials are efficiently discarded, while the majority are carefully stored for future use. Ultimately, these stored materials are fed into the advanced extruder machine, paving the way for the next production cycle.
