Fiber cement board/fiber reinforced calcium silicate board industry equipment, the introduction of the early 1980s from Belgium flow slurry production process and equipment has been since, the production equipment of fiber cement board and calcium silicate board in our country has been completely made in our country, and the technology content of the equipment has been improved continuously. From the original robot artificial mixed production, to the present high-automation production line, production efficiency, manual labor system, the labor environment has been qualitatively improved. The research and development of intelligent production line is developing deeply, which will become the developing direction of equipment in fiber cement products industry in the future.
Cement fiberboard/fiber reinforced calcium silicate board equipment according to the function of the main divided into the following eight systems.
1. raw material grinding and pulping system. This system is mainly used for the pretreatment of quartz in raw materials and the reuse of the waste material in production. The main equipment of this system is ball mill, feeder, crusher and so on.
2、Pulp processing system. This system is the pulp beating treatment, the pulp raw materials to release, beating, to improve the production process to show the degree of Knock. Different raw materials, different production requirements, different process requirements configuration will change. The main equipment of this system is shredder, refiner, pulp and, slag machine, pulp pump.
3. Batching and pulping system. The system is based on the raw materials according to the requirements of the process formula for batching pulping. According to the different raw materials will be divided once more pulping procedures, the necessary equipment will be changed by different. This system equipment mainly has the beater, the clear return water tank, the agitation slurry storage tank, the mortar tank, the screw conveyor, the metering tank and so on.
4、Panel system. The system is the pulp after the molding, made into a slab. The main equipment of this system is plate-making machine, slurry mixing tank, mortar pump vacuum pump, etc. .
5. The system of stacking, pressing, pre-curing and peeling. This system mainly is carries on the follow-up processing, the stacking, the pressing, the maintenance processing, the demoulding work and so on to the molding wet billet, the main equipment is blank positioning machine, stacking machine, high-pressure water cutting machine, lifting platform, material handling system, traverse trolley, tractor, press, pre-curing room, demoulding machine, template cleaning and stacking machine.
6. Autoclaved curing system. The system is mainly used for autoclaving maintenance of the plate stack after demoulding to make the plate get stable structure organization. Final shape. The main equipment of this system is boiler, autoclave, tractor, traverse car and so on.
7、Post-processing system. This system carries on the follow-up processing to the shaped plate, the main equipment is up and down plate moving machine, dryer, sanding machine, edge grinding chamfering machine, side and back sorting machine, polishing machine, slot machine, small plate cutting machine, slitting machine, stacking machine, plate stacking machine and so on.
8. Green systems. This system mainly deals with the waste gas and waste water in order to meet the national discharge standard of waste gas and waste water or to meet the requirements of reuse process.
