Aluminum melting furnace is a new type of energy-saving furnace developed and designed according to the aluminum smelting process, which can well consider the aluminum smelting process: strict aluminum alloy composition, unsustainable production, large single furnace volume, improve efficiency, reduce corrosion, improve product quality, reduce labor efficiency, improve worker standards and improve productivity. It is mainly used for melting and batching of aluminum and aluminum alloy to ensure the requirements of casting and rolling process.

Basic performance characteristics：
1. Waste heat recovery and reuse is equipped with a complete flue gas recovery and gas collection hood at the furnace mouth to recover and reuse the flue gas discharged from the furnace, which saves energy and ensures the working environment and the health of workers.
2. The aluminum liquid temperature control precision is high. The perfect control system and accurate temperature control system greatly improve the temperature control precision of the aluminum liquid in the furnace and improve the product quality.
3. The furnace lining design is reasonable. The refractory design of aluminum alloy smelting furnace fully considers the different working conditions and load changes of molten pool side wall and furnace bottom, and makes targeted structural design respectively, which is more reasonable.
4. The whole pouring method is adopted, and a brand-new metallurgical furnace pouring method - whole pouring is adopted. This pouring method makes the aluminum melting furnace have good overall structure, no brick joint, not easy to leak and crack, so that the furnace can operate stably for a long time.
5. Long service life our company adopts a number of new technologies for design and construction based on many years of production and construction experience of large aluminum melting and holding furnace, such as "sub bin" pouring, convex and concave locking between blocks, reasonable setting of expansion joints, etc. these effective construction technologies can ensure the service life of the furnace ≥ 3 years.
