· Equipment Introduction

The screw belt mixer is divided into a horizontal screw belt mixer and a conical vertical screw belt mixer according to the installation method. The horizontal screw belt mixer can be divided into horizontal U-shaped mixers and horizontal round mixers depending on the barrel structure of the equipment. It is widely used in the lithium, chemical, ceramic, fire fighting, hard alloy, friction material, refractory material, dry mortar and mining industries.
· Principle of Operation
The horizontal screw belt mixer is a one-piece internal and external double-layer positive and negative rotating spiral belt shaft with positive and negative rotating spirals installed on the same horizontal axis. Driven by the power system of the screw belt machine, it rotates along the axis of the cylinder, forming a low-powered and efficient mixing environment to drive the material in the cylinder to make axial and radial movements. The axial movement of the material is driven by the outer layer of the spiral strip from both sides to the central collection of materials, the inner layer of the spiral strip from the central to both sides of the material dispersion, which makes the material in the flow of continuous convection cycle, shear percolation mix. After speeding up the mixing speed, the material will be mixed quickly and evenly in a short time to improve the mixing uniformity.

8	Gentle mixing process. It does not produce overheating of heat sensitive materials. It basically does not destroy the original state of the material in order to keep the material particles intact. It is well adapted to the mixing of coarse, fine, fibrous or flaky materials.
9	No pollution of materials. The stirring mechanism is integral, which is safe and reliable. All the angular welding seams are round and smooth, and the transition is easy to clean. Lubrication parts are all outside the barrel. No oil dripping and no abrasive material penetrating into the material. It can be sealed operation, in order to isolate the air dust into the material.
10	Low requirements for the plant. The machine is horizontal. The various forms of drive and discharge positions can be selected at will and are not constrained by the height of the plant, floor space, etc.
11	The equipment runs smoothly and reliably. The wearing parts have a long service life, which are easy to operate.
12	Under the feasibility factor, the mixing effect of the horizontal spiral ribbon mixer is not affected by the size and density of the particles. It also has a good mixing effect on viscous materials.
13	Spiral ribbon mixer bottom discharge mode: for small batch test mixer, powder materials are mostly used in the form of pneumatic large door structure, with the advantages of fast discharge, no residue.
