How to make good quality injection mould?
A-Mould Design Stage
1. We conduct a thorough analysis of plastic product feasibility, including shrinkage, molding temperature, and more.
2. Engage in comprehensive discussions with clients about product specifics such as weight, style design, dimensional appearance, injection stability, and plastic suitability.
3. Select optimal steel based on plastic material, intended mold lifespan, and specific customer demands.
4. Offer complimentary design services and mold flow analysis to ensure precision.
B-Mould manufacturing stage
1. Initiate production following the confirmation of mold schematics.
2. This phase encompasses mold steel preparation, CNC machining, wire cutting, EDM processing, part finishing, polishing, assembly, mold trials, electroplating, nitriding, and more.
3. Meticulously ensure each mold part meets precise specifications, adhering to size and tolerance criteria mandated by drawings.
C-Mould Testing
1. Our initial mold trial assesses product conformity in terms of normal production and accurate sizing.
2. Following polishing, sun-texturing, or other surface treatments, we conduct a secondary mold trial, comparing results against design schematics.
3. We then dispatch the final sample along with a mold trial video to the customer for their approval.
D-Mold delivery
1. Prior to shipment, we rigorously inspect the mold's smooth operation, including the water cooling, hydraulic oil, and hot runner systems for reliability.
2. Ensure the cavity and core are pristine, free from iron filings and other impurities.
3. Thoroughly blow clean the waterways to avert rusting during extended sea transport.
4. Apply anti-rust agent inside, spray paint outside, and coat the ejector pin with anti-rust oil for comprehensive protection.
5. Affix a detailed nameplate to the mold, listing the mold name, production year, key data, weight, and dimensions.
6. Complimentary mold accessories are provided for easy customer replacement.
Mould Maintenance Tips
1. Regular maintenance includes lubricating moving parts like thimbles, guide posts, and sleeves, cleaning the mold surface, and clearing out water residues.
2. Scheduled maintenance involves clearing exhaust grooves, eliminating trapped air and black spots, and fixing any damaged or worn components.
3. For appearance upkeep, the exterior is painted to prevent rust, while both fixed and movable molds are coated with anti-rust oil. Ensure airtight storage to keep dust from infiltrating the cavity.
