1. Raw material storage for fiber cement tile or asbestos tile production line
The raw materials used in fiber cement tiles and asbestos tiles enter the warehouse equipped on the production site for use in production. The raw materials of asbestos tiles include quartz powder, fly ash, cement, lime powder, quartz sand, paper fiber, wood fiber and other fibers.
2. Fiber treatment of fiber cement tile asbestos tile production line
The reinforcing fibers used in the production of fiber cement tiles and asbestos tiles are mechanized by manual or machine pouring, bag shaking, intermediate storage and feeding to the weighing scale. The various reinforcing fibers that have been automatically measured by the weighing scale or manually weighed are added to the vertical impeller beater for full loosening. After the specified time, a certain amount of wollastonite, sanding dust and other admixtures are added. material, and then fully loosen and mix.
3. Pulp treatment of fiber cement tile asbestos tile production line
The pulp board is added to the vertical high-consistency pulper, and a certain amount of water is added to decompose. This process is carried out intermittently, and each pot material needs to be treated for 40-60 minutes. The disintegrated pulp is pumped into the primary storage tank. Add water to dilute to a lower concentration and enter into a two-stage double-disc refiner for step-by-step thinning to improve the beating degree of the pulp. The thinned pulp is sent to the secondary pulp storage tank. If the quality of the pulp after processing cannot meet the requirements of the production process, it must be subjected to secondary thinning and then sent to the tertiary pulp storage tank for use. In order to facilitate the measurement of the processed finished pulp, the concentration of the pulp needs to be adjusted in advance, and then the pulp can be easily measured by the volume measurement method.
4. The pulping section of the fiber cement tile asbestos tile production line
Pump the loosened fiber mixed pulp into the beater, add the metered quantitative pulp, and then add slaked lime powder, quartz powder, cement and other powdery materials in turn. The slaked lime powder, quartz powder, and cement are respectively sent to the electronic scale through the screw conveyor from their respective storage tanks for measurement and then unloaded or manually weighed and unloaded. After the powdery material is added, it is fully mixed with the pulp and fiber mixed pulp in the beating machine to obtain a certain concentration of slurry, which is pumped to the bucket-type pulp storage tank for use.
5. Slurry storage and pre-mixing of fiber cement tile asbestos tile production line
The prepared slurry is stored in the slurry storage tank and supplied to the single-disc refiner evenly and quantitatively. The slurry is homogenized by the refiner to further loosen the fibers and mix the slurry. The ground slurry is stirred in the pre-mixing tank. The pre-mixing tank is equipped with a weighing concentration measurement and display system, which can detect the concentration of the slurry and adjust it manually. The stable slurry concentration can ensure the stability of the board making, and the board thickness can be easily adjusted.
6. Plate making, billet connection and stacking of fiber cement tile asbestos tile production line
The material consumption of the plate-making process is low, and the production is stable and easy to control. The slurry is filtered through the cage and evenly hung on the running industrial felt, and the water is filtered by vacuum suction. The control system is automatically controlled, the cutting knife on the forming cylinder cuts the blank, and the blank is spread out by the blank connecting machine to form a slab. Stacking is carried out when the station stacker is used. The stacking adopts the method of one steel mold and one slab to fully ensure the flatness of the slab. The whole process of plate making, billet connection and stacking is automatically controlled by programmable controller, with a high degree of automation.
7. Pre-curing and demoulding of fiber cement tile asbestos tile production line
After the wet blanks are stacked, they need to be pre-cured for a period of time to make the slabs reach the initial strength, so as to facilitate mechanical demoulding and stacking or manual demoulding. A pre-curing kiln can also be set up. Generally, the temperature is kept at 50-70 ℃, and the kiln can be discharged in 4h-6h. The wall of the pre-curing kiln is equipped with heat pipes, which rely on steam to provide heat source.
8. Autoclave curing of fiber cement tile asbestos tile production line
If you want to achieve a large number of commercial sales as soon as possible, you can set up an autoclave curing section, and the pre-cured asbestos tile slabs enter the steam curing kettle for high-temperature autoclave curing to increase the adhesion of the slabs and increase their flexural strength.
9. Drying and edging of fiber cement tile asbestos tile production line
The asbestos tile after curing in the steam curing kettle is dried by the dryer to remove the moisture of the board, and then the four-corner edge grinding and chamfering machine is used for edge grinding, or manual grinding, until it meets the factory requirements.
