High Temperature High Pressure Composite Pipe SAE100 R14 PTFE Flexible Hose Pipe Tube
This hose is made of high-quality PTFE
on the inside that gives them high
chemical and heat resistance,along
with a braided stainless steel outside which gives them high durability,
extreme pressure resistance, and a professional and high-tech appearance.
They are smooth bore for optimal flow.
PTFE exhibits unique properties including excellent chemical resistance,very high temperature resistance (up to 260°C, 500°F) and a frictionless, easy clean surface. These properties determine the types of application areas in which PTFE hose can provide the best possible hose for the job.
Inner Smooth Bore Hose
Construction:
Tube: 100% PTFE resin
Cover: single or double AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel wire outer braid
Application:
Design being used in automotive, fluid handling, chemical transfer, paint,pharmaceutical, food & beverage processing, cosmetics and general-purpose applications.
Inner Convoluted Hose
Construction:
Tube: 100% PTFE resin
Cover:single or double AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel wire outer braid
Application:
It features excellent flexibility and kink resistance for superior performance in chemical transfer, high temperature hydraulics, and hose applications requiring tight routing, high temperature media transfer and general-purpose applications.
