LN Series Single Screw Granulation Unit
Applicable products:
It is used for the dispersion and granulation of polymer mixtures such as rubber, plastic, high-filled masterbatch, cable materials, graphene materials, ceramic materials and mental materials etc. and in conjunction with the kneader mixer to complete the granulation process after the material is mixed.
Granulation process: kneader mixer → automatic hoist feeder→ double cone feeder → single screw extrusion granulator → die face hot cutter → first stage cyclone separator → secondary cyclone separator → Third stage cyclone separator→Taiwan-transparent vibration distribution sieve→finished pellet storage cylinder.
Features and advantages: The main technical staff, drawings are from Taiwan and Japan etc. It has the control function of whole unit process chain, sound and light fault alarm and quick lock fault point. All the materials in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, the details are exquisite, perfect and reliable, energy saving and durable. The accuracy of the temperature control system ensures the sensitivity of the material to temperature. The latest technology of the granule free fall type is used to solve the agglomeration and cooling of the particles while maintaining very little agglomeration. The extruder feeding system uses a warmer and a reversing device to engage the main screw reversing device to solve the problem of power failure or jamming and clearing. The technical combination of double-pump forced feeding system and single screw not only meets the high requirements of secondary continuous high-mixing materials, but also solves the labor-consuming and time-consuming of traditional dicing and smashing, and improves productivity and environmental protection and automation.
