Titanium Powder Sinter Filter is a porous material made of spherical, high-purity titanium powder and sintered at high temperature. The material contains a large number of connected or semi-connected pores, the pore structure is composed of regular and irregular powder particles, the size and distribution of pores and the size of porosity can be adjusted according to the powder particle size combination and preparation process to meet the actual needs of customers.

Allowed use of the environment
3% hydrochloric acid, various concentrations of nitric acid, aqua regia, seawater, carbonate and chloride salt solutions, etc.
Precautions for use:
1) During installation, disassembly, and cleaning, avoid scratches, bumps, smashes and other damage by hard objects.
2) Install correctly to avoid reverse filtering. Avoid instantaneous rapid pressurization when the filter element is working.
3) When the filtration efficiency is lower than 50%, the filter element should be cleaned in time.
4) When cleaning the filter element, use pure gas to backflush first. The pressure of the backflush gas is 1.5 times the working pressure. 5 minutes, repeated 2-3 times.
5) If the effect of online backflushing and backwashing of the filter element is not good, it should be disassembled and cleaned in time.

1. Titanium Powder Sinter Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, fixed in the box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags to ensure that the products have no collision, no shaking, and no damage during transportation.
2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, and the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
