APPLICATION
CKD-RMLT is an automatic laser marking equipment, which is used for material of standard size. For examples, series number marking on bearing, logo printing on packages, brand engraving on caps and so on. It uses laser to mark contents on kinds of materials, such as metal, painting face, dark paper, plastic and so on.
CKD-RMLT is highly integrated, without extra installation. With optical gratings beside the door, stop machine once hands put in work scope, avoid production safety accident.
CKD-RMLT can be 2 stations or 4 stations.
CKD-RMLT's work flow, take 2 stations as example:
1. put material in one station which is outside the machine, such as "2".
2. the machine load the machine go inside the machine, from "2" to "1".
3. laser mark on material at location "1".
4. the machine load the marked material outside, from "1" to "2".
The whole equipment is mature and stable.
The laser scan scope is optional, 100*100mm or 200*200mm, suggest lower power match smaller scope.

Set smoke channel behind the machine, users can connect a smoke purifier or other smoke devices, to reduce bad smell, protect lung from dusty during laser marking.
