1. Brief Introduction
This Series fodder counterflow cooler is a kind of advanced coller equipment for granule materials, mainly equipped in feed production line,used for cooling the granular matrials produced from pelletr which contain centain mmoisture and higher temperature,drying and cooling ,meet the storage requirements.


2. Working Advantage of BSM counter-flow pellet cooler machine
1).The pellet feed is fully and evenly cooled with the counterflow cooling principle;
2).This counterflow cooler adopt unique sliding-valve discharging unit for stable running and smooth discharging;

3. Working Principle of BSM counter-flow pellet cooler machine

1).Pellets come from pelletizer need to be cooled down to keep a better strength.
2).The sieve will separate intact pellets from ash, which could be in recycling use.
3).The complete cooling system includes cooler, cyclone, air lock, and cooling fan.
4).The ambient cooling-air flows vertically through the discharge-mechanism and the layer of pellets.
5).If retention time and cooling air-flow setting are optimal, outlet temperature of the pellets of 2-5ºC above the ambient temperature can be
achieved.
