Features : High pressure temperature-resistant insulation bakelite sheet is strong, rigid and very economical. it has good electrical insulating properties and it's used in a wide range of electrical installations, in equipment where rigid electrical insulation is required.
The impact strength of temperature-resistant insulation bakelite sheet is not as high as materials in other groups and it's not usually chosen where toughness,bearing properties or high stress carrying capabilities are required. However, the lowest cost grades in this group represent excellent value as rigid non-metallic materials and it's used in a very wide range of less demanding. These materials offer an economic solution to engineering applications where good mechanical strength coupled with light weight and useful electrical resistance is required.
Applications: Suitable for Fixture, mold plate,motor, mechanical mould, PCB, ICT fixture, grinding machine, drilling machine etc. Also fit for cams, gears, special machinery surfaces, insulators, relays, switches, terminal strips.
