Introduction:
Roller grinding machine is a specialized equipment for grinding flaker rolls used in flaking mills in food/feed industry like cereal, soybean, corn flaking. It can perform cutting, polishing and removing defects on roller surfaces to improve roller quality.
Precisely grinds the flaker roll surface for obtaining uniform thickness of flakes.
Main components are bed, headstock, tailstock, grinding spindle, dresser, coolant system.
Roller is driven by headstock and grinding wheel by the grinding spindle motor. Tailstock provides support.
