LPG Tank Tracking Welding Machine
Our research and development of the new patent tracking system is the most advanced anti-jamming laser. A super linear laser with specific wavelength is accumulated in the welding position.The line laser brightness is larger than welding arc light at this time. The industrial camera collects the laser shape of the weld line formed by the weld position and inputs the computer. Through the analysis, the position of the left and right weld and the high and low positions are obtained and output to the actuator to guide or track the correction. It has the advantages of anti arc, smoke and dust, splash, spot welding and electromagnetic interference. Tracking and welding are basically in the same location and real-time tracking.

1. The power of this machine is 1000W.
2. it can adapt to track the left and right distance 30mm, up or down 30mm, or customize special needs.
3. The tracking speed is in line with the speed requirement of ring welding, or greater than 2 m/min.
4. It is suitable for lap or splice welding with weld more than 1mm. The width of the corner weld seam is not limited.
5. Recognition accuracy: 0.5mm
6. The response speed of weld recognition: 0.2S.
7. Support welding speed: 0~2000mm/min
8. Support welding types: gas shielded arc welding, argon arc welding, plasma welding and laser welding.

1. It can track both left and right, up and down without touchingat the same time, and ensure that the welding position is accurate and the welding current is stable
2. Due to the use of special laser and photo control, it has super strong anti-interference and high stability.
3. The interval between tracking point and welding point is 2cm, real-time tracking.
4. Don't need slag plate, so that basically no need to maintain, which saves the frequent change of glass or slag blocking plate, and affects the welding quality and work efficiency.
5. The installation of camera and laser line with new patented technology ensures the advanced reliability of the whole device.
6. Because the welding seam tracking device is mounted on the welding torch, it does not affect the adjustment of the welding torchpositional parameter, and then does not bring any influence to the welding process.
