1. MK215D is a two axis cnc machine without fully enclosed cover. This model has an independent electrical box layout. The machine tool guide adopts a double V-shaped pre loaded, high-precision cross roller guide with high precision and good rigidity.

2. The machine tool adopts a high-speed and high-power electric grinding wheel shaft, powered by a static frequency converter, with low energy consumption and low noise. The feed mechanism adopts a servo motor to control the ball screw for feed and adjustment compensation. The electrical control system adopts Mitsubishi products from Japan.
3.The grinding parameters of the machine tool can be inputted and outputted through the touch screen, enabling human-machine dialogue and simple and convenient operation. The feed controlled by the machine tool servo system has the characteristics of high accuracy, small error, and fast speed.
