FGY high consistency pressure screen is an advanced fine selected equipment, it can not only be used for pulp making system, low&high consistency screening for various kinds of pulp, but also fine selection for paper machine.
This machine uses the pressure difference inside and outside the sieve drum and the positive pressure of the head of the rotor as the screening power. The pressure pulse produced by the high-speed rotary wing is self cleaning. The unscreened slurry enters the sieve drum continuously along the tangent direction from the inlet pulp. The qualified fiber flows through the sieve holes (or screen seams) to the sieve drum and it is discharged through the good slurry pipe, slurry remaining in the sieve drum is discharged through the bottom of the slag drum under the push of pulp flow and rotor wing. It has the characteristics of wide application range, high screening efficiency, high production capacity, long service life, compact structure and so on.
